“Since joining Inspire I have been involved in a wide range of Civil Engineering projects. This has enabled me to attain on the job experience in both highway and drainage design. I have found that working on live projects not only gives you practical experience of applying your design knowledge, but it also teaches you the skills required to efficiently manage a project and client expectations. Since enrolling in the apprenticeship, I attend University one day a week with the aim of attaining a Civil Engineering BSc (Hons) Degree and ICE Incorporated Engineer professional qualification In my experience the higher apprentice route is a fantastic route to gain practical knowledge and qualifications while also earn money”
