Health and safety information for visitors

To ensure the safety of our visitors, please follow the guidance below. Depending on the latest government guidelines this may change, so we recommend that you check this information on a regular basis.

• If you, or anyone visiting with you, shows any Covid-19 symptoms, please don't attend the site
• Face coverings are no longer mandatory when inside our buildings (unless you are exempt). However, we do recommend that a face covering is worn in busy, indoor spaces such as our shops and on transport
• Social distancing should still be followed where possible in all areas
• If, while on-site, you feel unwell or show symptoms of Covid-19 then please inform a member of staff immediately and we can assist you in leaving the site by the quickest and safest route
• Signage will be displayed in various places reminding people of these procedures
• Toilets can be used for handwashing along with the sanitiser stations that are available at all of our sites
• Numbers on site have been reduced to give people more space and there are staggered start times for large events, such as our Open Days
