There is no obligation for you to undertake every activity but we encourage you to actively engage and reflect on what you can apply in your own professional context.

There is no graded assessment. Instead, you will receive a digital badge for each completed unit, and then upon completion of the whole course, you will be awarded with an E-Certificate.

Unit 3 - Connecting with online learners
Course facilitators need to provide a sense of place - a feeling of community in which learners can fully engage with the learning experience. This unit looks at how to make this connection with learners who are online at a distance.
Unit 4 - Engaging learners for success
This unit investigates how to keep the online learner engaged for the duration of a course. The aim of engaging students along their path is to retain them and enable them to successfully complete. This final unit will also look at assessment procedures.

This is a self-guided course which involves reflective activities to assess subject understanding.
