How to apply for halls if you're a Clearing applicant

Once you've received written confirmation of your offer, follow these steps to secure your room in halls.

  1. Wait and get ready: Wait about two hours after you receive written confirmation of your offer so your details have time to reach our accommodation system.

  2. Create your student Living account: set up your Student Living Account to secure your room using your nine-digit student number. It starts with 100 and you’ll find it in your Admissions emails. Follow the set-up instructions when you’re there, it should only take a few minutes. Top tip – choose your top three accommodation preferences so if your first choice is full, you’re still covered.

  3. Secure your room: pay your £50 deposit to secure your room. This will come off your first rent payment.
