Adem Peach

Lecturer

About

I am a Lecturer and Art Therapist registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and a full member of the British Association of Art Therapists (BAAT).

In addition to working within Child and Adolescent Mental Health (CAMHS) teams as an Art Therapist, I also have worked as part of specialist teams. These have included teams training Medics, Midwives Health visitors and school staff in young people's mental health. I am a lecturer in Therapeutic Arts across both postgraduate and undergraduate programmes.

My clinical work and experience have varied though there has been a significant focus upon sexual trauma and relational difficulties. I have worked within education and healthcare provisions providing therapy to individuals, family groups, and in consultation for professionals supporting young people.

Prior to this, I have worked within acute adult psychiatry and rehabilitation, social enterprise organisations and community arts projects.
