About

I am Programme Lead for MA Design, and part of the teaching teams for BA Graphic Design and BA Illustration.

Teaching responsibilities

I lead a specialist MA Design lab, Creative Futures, and contribute to the delivery of the core modules, Design Propositions and Design Synthesis.

In the undergraduate visual communication programmes, I lead the second year studio-practice modules Critical Practice and Visual Research, Visual Systems and Strategies and Social Practice Lab.

Qualifications

Experience in industry

I have worked as a freelance and in-house designer across a range of projects, including product, illustration, installation, graphic and service design. I was a core part of the team at Makerversity, as design and programming lead.

I have supported young people with creative projects in youth work contexts, as well as running programmes and workshops with, or on behalf of, other youth engagement organizations, including the Prince's (now King's) Trust, A New Direction, product designers Tech will Save Us, amongst others.
