About

I assist academics and students in a variety of functions within the accomplished Health, Psychology and Social Care technical team. My specialisms include producing training videos, interactive learning activities, virtual reality and immersive suite environments. I also help with resource provision for practical sessions and recording of assessments throughout the college.

The knowledge I have gained through years of working in film, television, music videos and promotional work is something I use to enhance my professional collaborations with staff on all levels at the University and other companies such as the NHS.

In my spare time, I'm a singer-songwriter.

Teaching responsibilities

As an expert in a range of software from Adobe, Apple and Microsoft, I have provided tutorials for students and staff. My support has extended to teaching filming production and editing, digital photography, image manipulation, audio work and music production. I also take part in ward simulations for nursing, assisting with the remote operation of simulated patients. I enjoy bringing a higher level of realism to the learning environment by playing the role of a medical professional for student nurses to interact with.
