I am a senior business analyst and academic professional. I have over 23 years of expertise in strategic business analysis in areas associated with Strategy, Operations (including BPI & BPR), and Marketing (Strategic & Digital), Digital Transformation while working at different decision-making levels in industries like manufacturing, construction, retail, education, design and innovation management.

I have vast experience as an academic professional, working with different Higher education institutes in the United Kingdom and overseas. I have vast experience in online and on-campus teaching using modern technologies for an enhanced interactive learner experience. I am also visiting academics at different institutes around the world.

I am a senior trainer (IS Business Analyst) and Work-based Learning (WBL) professional and provide training to working professionals in areas linked with Digitalisation, Operations Improvement, Risk Management etc. I have received letters of commendation from the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) for two consecutive years in relation to the 100% outcome related to the Digital Marketing and Digital Strategy attempted by professionals.
