About

I am an experienced manager with over 50 years of working in the chemical, pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries both in the UK and internationally.

I have a BSc (Hons) degree in Applied Chemistry from Nottingham Trent University, an MBA, a MSc in Occupational Health and Safety Management and a PGCE (Secondary Science) from Loughborough University.

I have also been a chemistry teacher and a local councillor in Derby, specialising in changing business culture. I am passionate about reducing serious injuries and fatalities in the UK manufacturing industries.

I am also a Chartered Chemist, C.Chem, MRSC.
