You can order tickets for yourself and your guests by logging into Grad Hub when you receive your official invitation.

Please check the ticket details on this page for your award ceremony, and also make sure to check the ceremony eligibility and attendance before you place your order.

Ticket Information For Your Award Ceremony

  • Student tickets are free of charge.
  • Guest tickets are £21 each. The number of guest tickets that you are able to purchase is outlined in your official invitation.
  • Our Award Ceremonies are not public events and we are unable to make tickets available to anyone other than those invited.
  • Accessible parking spaces are available for students or guests who hold blue badge parking permits. You'll be required to display a blue badge parking permit on your vehicle. Please note that, due to the nature of the event, we receive a great deal of these requests. While we are able to offer a parking spaces close to the venue, we are unable to offer wider parking spaces for every blue badge holder.
  • If you have any reasonable adjustment you require for your award ceremony, you can let us know via Grad Hub when you order.
  • You will receive a final ticket order confirmation email with your tickets attached a few days before your ceremony to the email address you used to register via Grad Hub.
  • In some instances, you'll need to book tickets prior to confirmation of any award being made. If your award is not confirmed, then any ticket purchase made will be automatically refunded to you after the ceremony has taken place.

     1. Log into Ede and Ravenscroft Grad Hub 

  • Select the 'University of Derby' as your institution if you are attending a Derby Award Ceremony, and use your student number to create your account. 
  • Select the 'University of Derby, Buxton' as your institution if you are attending a Buxton Award Ceremony, and use your student number to create your account. 

      2. Confirm your attendance 

  • To confirm attendance, you must order a student ticket via Grad Hub. This is free of charge. 
  • During this process, you will be asked to declare any accessibility requirements. The venue is fully wheelchair accessible, and all ceremonies are BSL signed. Further details are available in the accessibility section of our Frequently Asked Questions. 

        3. Purchase guest tickets      

  • You may purchase guest tickets priced at £21 per guest via Grad Hub.  
  • Guidance for children attending ceremonies is available in the Guests section of the FAQs. 

What to do if you're not attending your award ceremony

If you do not plan to attend the ceremony, you do not need to register an account with Grad Hub to confirm your non-attendance.  

However, if you wish to request attendance for a future ceremony, you must still respond by the deadline confirm your deferral.
