About

I am a Lecturer of Business & Management, within the Derby Business School, a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy and a certified Chartered Manger from CMI. I have completed my PhD. in Leadership & Management from Lancaster University, and have also worked there as a Teaching Associate. At the University of Derby, I am associated with the Chartered Manager Degree Apprenticeship (CMDA) programme.

Research interests

My specific research interests are around socio-digital disparities and cross-class interactions within management education, networked learning, and more recently around entrepreneurial ambitions of disadvantaged/marginalised communities.
