Dr Naznin Tabassum

About

I am working as Senior Lecturer in Strategy and Leadership and MSc Management Programme Leader at the University of Derby. I endeavour to enhance students learning experiences at HE in the UK through research-informed teaching and commercial awareness.

I am also currently working as an External Examiner at Liverpool John Moores University and University of Suffolk.

Previously I have worked at Coventry University as a Lecturer, Deputy Course Director for BA (Hons) Business Management course and Lead Progress Coach. I have also taught at the University of Creative Arts, Teesside University, Northumbria University, Bradford College and Leeds Beckett University.

I have also worked as a Director for two family-owned companies during 2013-2015.

Teaching responsibilities

I am involved in teaching and supervising undergraduate, postgraduate, DBA students and professional candidates. I have taught and mentored professional candidates on the Smart and Inclusive Leadership Programme funded by the European Union.
