About

I am an experienced Specialist Community Public Health Nurse in the field of Occupational Health. I have been involved in the specialty for over 30 years.

I am also the Immediate Past President of iOH The Association of Occupational Health & Wellbeing Professionals.

I am the Pathway Lead for Occupational Health Nursing across the undergraduate and postgraduate programmes. I am also programme leader on the PG Cert Leading Interprofessional Practice Education Programme.

I am passionate about digital pedagogy and inclusion in higher education

I am Programme Leader for a new suite of programmes designed specifically for new entrats to the field of Occupational Health.

I am a Fellow of the Royal Society for Public Health and Fellow of the Higher Education Authority.

I have 2 Miniature Schnauzers

Teaching responsibilities

I teach on the Specialist Community Public Health Nursing Program, Masters in Public Health and Working in a Differing Field of Practice, and also on the PG Cert Leading Interprofessional Practice Education.

I am a Module Leader for a variety of subjects including Leadership, and OH Practice.
