Visitor Conduct Expectations

We are proud of our facilities and inclusive environment and as a visitor you are warmly welcomed to our Derby space and your contribution to maintaining this whilst you are visiting is important.  As a visitor to our campus’, halls of residence, facilities, or properties, we request that you adhere to the following expectations of visitor conduct whilst you are on university property. All visitors should:

Visitors are subject to the University Sexual Misconduct Policy. The University will not tolerate any form of harassment, victimisation, discrimination or abuse in any form.

Safeguarding Children and Vulnerable adults is every ones responsibility, including our visitors. You can find our safeguarding policy and information here.

Any visitors who do not comply with these expectations, and any other relevant policies, will be asked to immediately leave campus and external authorities may be called where deemed necessary. Any incident may be subject to an internal investigation handled by a member of the Senior Management Team and may result in a temporary or permanent exclusion from all University events and campus access.
