Who is Nicole Yeomans?

Nicole Yeomans is a University of Derby Zoology graduate. She is also the daughter of a world-renowned snake expert and co-founded the UK's first sanctuary for king cobras. A zoologist with over 12 years of experience in the industry, she has trained komodo dragons as zookeeper in Spain and researched coral reef bacterial communities in the Maldives.

Nicole has written published marine policy for the UK government and sits on the University of Derby’s Environmental Sciences Board of Advisors. And she has a job that is perfectly aligned with the modern world of sustainable business. As a Green Infrastructure and Biodiversity Specialist at global infrastructure giant AECOM, her professional brief is to leave the environment in a better state than it was when she found it. 

In her spare time, Nicole loves writing, scuba diving and martial arts.

Coronavirus
