Maintenance issues

Let us know

If something in your room or flat doesn't work properly it's important to let us know as soon as possible. If it is an emergency, please call the hall's 24-hour mobile number. Please do not email us about an emergency.

It's best to report any maintenance issues as soon as you notice them. You can do this by logging into your
Student Living account and going to the online forms section or visiting your Hall Manager during the office
opening hours.

Reporting pests and infestations

If you or your flatmates notice the presence of any pests such as mice, squirrels or pigeons, or any infestations of insects like silverfish please use the maintenance request form to let us know. Once we are aware of the problem we will put pest control measures in place.

Please do not throw rubbish out of the windows as this encourages vermin and be careful of leaving your windows open when you are out - pigeons have been known to enter through the windows and cause serious damage.

Your responsibilities as a tenant

Your accommodation licence states that you must maintain care of your room and the areas you share with your flatmates. This is important for several reasons:

Please do the decent thing and keep your room clean, tidy, and damage-free.
