About

My primary responsibilities include leading the provision of health modules on the BA Early Childhood Studies programme, and oversight of the foundation students entering the degree pathway. I also sit on the department research ethics committee and take a leading role in enhancing the use of technology in teaching and learning practices.

Teaching responsibilities

I teach on a range of different modules across the Early Childhood Studies programme, predominantly these concern health and wellbeing in children with wider consideration of how these can be supported in professional practice.

Research interests

My primary research interests are related to health and development, with a specific focus on chronic pain conditions and the long-term outcomes of treatments on psychological outcomes.
