Prof. Qile (Horace) He is Chair of the College Research Committee of the College of Business, Law and Social Sciences. His research interests are in the area of inter-firm collaborations, innovation strategies of organisations, and sustainable and responsible business. He has published over 90 papers in peer-reviewed journals, books, and leading international conference proceedings.

This inaugural lecture discussed what makes inter-firm collaboration an important research area in business and management. Prof. Qile (Horace) He explored current research areas and the theories that support the investigation of this field. He also shed light on the future trend of development in researching inter-firm collaboration and his passion towards the future exploration of how inter-firm collaboration can facilitate the development of the modern business world.
