Become a supplier of goods and/or services to the University of Derby

You will need to register on our supplier portal and ensure you comply with our Supplier Code of Conduct.

You can register to become a supplier (a prospective supplier) on our supplier registration system.

• Supplier registration for individuals

Under the Border Security, Asylum & Immigration Act 2025, as of 1st October 2026, the University may need to conduct additional Right to Work checks on individuals or Sole Traders before you commence any work for the University of Derby (or any of our subsidiary companies), in order to ensure that you have the legal Right to work in the United Kingdom.

• Supplier registration for companies

Important: UK Businesses that are VAT registered must input "GB" before their VAT number when registering on the system.
