Centre for Quality Assurance

The Centre for Quality Assurance (CQA) works collaboratively with other stakeholders to protect the University’s Degree Awarding Powers and to support quality assurance, compliance and regulatory activities.  We provide information, advice and guidance on external and internal requirements of quality procedures, and activities leading to regulatory compliance and quality enhancement; all aimed at helping to get it right first time.

For University staff, we are here to provide advice and guidance on academic quality-related matters such as programme development, preparing for approval and review, professional statutory and regulatory bodies (PSRBs), academic partnerships, monitoring & evaluation, the external examiners system - and lots more!
