Our experienced StudentHub@Derby team provides confidential support and advice to all students, we can help with support plans, and disabled students allowance so the correct support is in place for you.

Enrolment is when you are officially registered as a student at the University, there are a few steps and if you have any difficulty enrolling you can contact the StudentHub@Derby for support and advice.

Should you have any questions related to your official degree outcome, or the graduation ceremonies, you can ask these at the Student Hub.

If you're on campus at Kedleston Road, you can visit the IT Service Centre in person at the Kedleston Road Student Hub (South Tower Ground Floor).

Whenever you contact us, we'll assign a reference number which is known as 'logging a ticket' or 'raising a request'. If we can't resolve your issue right away, you can use the ticket number to track the progress on your request or get back in touch if you need to.

The StudentHub@Derby provides specialist support and advice to help you look after your mental and emotional health during your time at University. We can also provide you with a central point of contact that can link you with our GP services and our Multi-Faith Centre.
