Technical information about Dynamic’s accessibility

Microsoft Dynamics is partially compliant with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.1 AA standard (WCAG, 2.1)

Additional accessibility considerations

All user interface components and content of platforms and applications shall conform to Level A and Level AA Success Criteria and Conformance Requirements specified for web pages.

How Dynamics is tested

Conformance to accessibility standards has been evaluated by external suppliers under the DHS Trusted Tester Program.

MS Dynamics has been tested in line with the information provided as part of ITI’s VPAT 2.0, Microsoft’s Section 508 (Revised) conformance reports provide the detail.

What we’re doing to improve accessibility

Microsoft produce extensive content in relation to accessibility of their product, providing detail in relation to recommendations to further improve accessibility.
