Cycle Hub at Kedleston Road

The University has invested in creating new secure cycle storage provision for both staff and students; this is the result of a push to encourage more sustainable transport methods into sites as well as responding to feedback from cyclists.

We're providing spaces for staff and students to store their bikes confidently, with swipe card access and CCTV providing security in addition to your bike lock.

The Cycle Hub secure store also houses a service station; this includes an air pump, a bike rack, and various cycling tools to aid general servicing and any emergency repairs to get you home again. The Hub also provides changing rooms within the Kirtley building with heated lockers to help dry wet cycling gear throughout the day.
