Leadership & Professorial Reward Calculator

Our reward calculator helps University staff and prospective employees understand the total value of pay and benefits provided by the University of Derby.

Our Leadership and Professorial pay grades operate on spot salary ranges. Please enter your salary into the calculator.

If you work part-time, you can choose to adjust the calculations to reflect your working hours. For the purposes of the calculator, FTE-based roles must be converted into notional hours (use the FTE conversion table). If you are unsure of which spinal column point to pick, please consult our published pay scales.

Our ATOS, MPS, Academic and Research pay grades contain Spinal Column Points (SCP) instead of spot salary ranges, please use our ATOS, MPS, Academic and Research rewards calculator.

The following figures are for illustrative purposes and are subject to change from time to time.
