Flamsteed Court is on the doorstep of the main Kedleston Road site, and is conveniently close to the main library, Students Union, sports centre and bus stop for other campus buildings, the city centre and railway station. This self-catering hall is our only accommodation specifically allocated for postgraduate and mature students, offering a quieter atmosphere and more independent living for residents.

Most flats are for two students sharing a kitchen and open plan social space, with two separate en suite double bedrooms. All contracts are for 44 weeks.

• The kitchens contain a washer/dryer, a cooker, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, sink, drainer, cupboards and worktops
• The living space contains a large (licence-paid) TV, sofas, a coffee table and a bookcase
• The dining area has a dining table and four chairs
• Bedrooms have a full double bed, double and/or walk-in wardrobe, small chest of drawers and a desk and chair
• Some en-suite bathrooms have a bath and shower, others just have a shower

• All-inclusive rents so no gas, electric or water bills to sort
• Wired and wireless internet access with speeds of up to 1Gbps on the wired connection and up to 250Mbps on the wireless service

What the price includes: The price includes gas, electricity, water, high speed WiFi, room contents insurance, bike storage and access to the halls’ events programme.
