How to apply for halls of residence

Step 1: Applying for a room

Cancelling your booking

Once you have accepted the Booking Terms and Conditions, you waive the right to cancel that step of the process and enter into a legal contract with us. However, once you have had an Offer of Accommodation, you may be able to cancel under certain circumstances, without incurring any charge, although in some situations an administration fee of £50 will be charged. Please see our terms and conditions for full details.

Step 2: Accepting the Licence Agreement and your Offer of Accommodation

Cancelling your Offer of Accommodation

We will refund the £50 deposit in full if you cancel your Offer of Accommodation because:

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than ten working days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you use for the initial transaction unless the payee has expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

Cancelling for any other reason

If you cancel for any other reason you may be eligible for a full or partial refund as outlined in the terms and conditions.
