Returners Price Deal - Terms and Conditions

1. All existing students who book standard rooms will pay £99 per week, all existing students who book Premium Standard rooms will pay £128.59 per week and all existing students who book Ensuite Rooms will be charged at the 26/27 room rate
2. This offer only applies to students who apply for a full academic year in halls. (That is a 42, 44, 50 or 51 week contract) starting in September and ending in July
3. Therefore students who withdraw mid-way through the year and then return the following year, January starters and those with shorter contracts are not eligible
4. All existing students who apply for the relevant halls for the academic year are eligible for this offer, even if they don't currently live in halls
5. Applicants whose hall payments are up to date (i.e. who have paid their third rent instalment due in April) are eligible to receive the price freeze.

£500 off premium standard rooms for 2026 -7

• This offer is open to all students (new and returning) who apply for premium standard rooms for the academic year 2027-28
• People who book a premium standard room for 2027-28 will receive a £500 discount on a typical 42 week contract and almost £600 discount on a 50 week contract
• The discount will be applied on the weekly price, cutting it from £140.56 to £128.59 a week
• Returning students will still be eligible for the £130 Amazon voucher.

Standard Rooms at £99 for 2027/28

• This offer is open to all students (new and returning) who apply for standard rooms for the academic year 2027-28
• People who book a standard room for 2027-28 will only pay £99 a week for a 42 week and 50 week contracts
• Returning students will still be eligible for the £130 Amazon voucher

Amazon Voucher Offer - Terms and conditions

Terms and conditions for applications for contracts starting in September.

1. This offer only applies to existing students who apply for rooms at the following halls of residence:

• Agard Court
• Darley Bank
• Flamsteed Court
• Nunnery Court
• Peak Court
• Princess Alice Court
• St Christopher's Court

2. All existing students who apply for the relevant halls for the academic year are eligible for this offer, even if they don't currently live in halls

3. Only halls applicants who apply for the full academic year are eligible

4. Eligible applicants whose payments are up to date (i.e. who have paid their third rent instalment due in April) will receive their £130 Amazon voucher via email by 31 May

5. Student Living reserve the right to withdraw the £130 Amazon voucher if students end their contract before its full term or if the student is subject to disciplinary action in halls

6. Eligible students will receive their vouchers via email to their Unimail account. Please make sure you give Student Living the correct email address for this purpose
