Getting to our campuses

You can get directions and support to help you find our campuses on our Find Us webpage.

You can get to our Derby campus on foot, by bicycle, train, bus or car. Please be aware that parking at all sites is heavily restricted and requires a permit. Public pay and display parking is available at Markeaton Park, with a discounted fare for students.

Campuses and facilities

Finding your way around once you're here

If you're new to Derby, you'll love how easy it is to get around. Our teaching sites are no more than a 30-minute walk away from each other, meaning it couldn't be easier to get around the city on foot. You can also make use of the safe cycling routes or hop on the Unibus service, which runs between our halls, teaching sites, train station and city centre. Bus passes and off-peak fares are available to make your journeys more affordable.

Our Chesterfield site is located very close to the train station and town centre bus stops.

How to find your room

We have several learning and teaching sites and if you're based in Derby, you may be taught at one or more of these sites, so please check your timetable to ensure you’re travelling to the right place.
